Hello, I am a Professor, Subject Matter Expert, Research & Project Guide, Research Paper Reviewer for Elsevier Journals, Mentor, and Author with over 24 years of experience in education and 11 years in the manufacturing industry.

As a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, UK, an official Judge for the QS Reimagine Global Education Awards and Globee Leadership Awards, I am dedicated to improving educational outcomes and bridging the gap between academia and the workforce. Additionally, I serve/volunteer as an Assessor for the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Ministry of Education, Government of India, and Project Management Institute - Global Accreditation Center(GAC), focusing on enhancing the Quality and Impact of Universities and HEIs.

I am passionate about Teaching online/offline, Mentoring researchers, students, working professionals, and Institutions, helping them thrive in a dynamic academic, employment, entrepreneurship, and professional landscape. Competent with Indian Education Regulations, University Rankings and Accreditations (NIRF, NAAC, QS, THE), Research Fundings, Publications, International Collaborations, International Admissions, Internships, and Placements. Collaborated with International Academic and Industry Integrated Programs and implemented successfully at HEIs with revenue growth, branding, and value additions.
