Ekua’s approach blends strategic insight with lived experience. As a neurodivergent leader with Dyslexia and Dyscalculia, she brings a uniquely inclusive, empathetic lens to digital transformation and professional development.

She began her career in the UK Civil Service, managing high-profile digital programmes across the Cabinet Office and HM Treasury before transitioning into higher education training, entrepreneurship, and executive coaching.

Ekua is the author of Be Your No.1 Cheerleader, and her forthcoming book Your Platform Power: How to build a profitable speaker brand in a polarised world will be published in September 2025. She also founded Hackathon Queen and Layover Adventure, reflecting her passion for innovation and community.
