Catalina Olivas is a researcher at the Institute for the Future of Education at the Tecnológico de Monterrey and a visiting professor in the Doctoral Program in Education at the Catholic University of Manizales in Colombia. Dr. Olivas holds a PhD in Educational Innovation from the University of Sonora and a Diploma in Women in Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, presented at national and international conferences, and served on technical committees and juries at international conferences and competitions. Dr. Olivas is part of research groups focused on investigating creative and innovative processes, understanding leadership practices in higher education, and promoting the participation of girls and women in STEM.
