Ibylou Bandala-Golla is a Filipino environmental consultant, educator, and recognized expert in environmental planning and management. She serves as the Chairperson of the Environmental Planning Department at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), where she is also a faculty researcher focusing on environmental sustainability.
