With 29 years of experience in higher education, she has a strong track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering comprehensive IT strategies that enhance institutional effectiveness and student success. Her areas of expertise include information security management, IT service management, learning management systems, data centers, cloud computing, and networking. She oversees the university’s IT governance, ensuring compliance with UAE and international accreditation standards, and leads the development of technology policies that align with institutional goals. Inas has played a central role in advancing online learning infrastructure and remote work capabilities, driving innovation and strategic growth across academic and administrative domains. Her leadership continues to bridge the gap between technology and pedagogy, making her a key contributor to the evolution of higher education.
