Responsible for managing the design, operation, delivery, and continuous improvement process of digital education for the undergraduate programs of the School of Engineering and Sciences and the School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She has experience managing continuous improvement projects in the industrial sector using lean tools and Six Sigma methodology—Professor of Project Management courses, and a concentration in educational innovation management at Tecnologico de Monterrey.
