Javier Rovira is a senior academic and corporate leader with over 30 years of experience in higher education and international business. He holds a PhD in Economics and Business from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universidad de Valencia, and executive education from institutions such as Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
As a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK), he has designed and led transformative educational programs that have achieved AMBA accreditation and QS global recognition. He currently serves as Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment at UBI Business School (Brussels).
In the corporate world, Javier has held executive and advisory roles at multinational companies such as Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, González Byass, Grupo Prisa, and several private equity–backed SMEs, driving growth, transformation, and profitability. He is also Managing Partner at Know How Consumering, a consulting firm specialising in strategy, branding, and business transformation.
Author of several books (Consumering, Reset & Reload, Persona no Consumidor), Javier combines a strong academic background with hands-on executive expertise to bridge the gap between strategic vision, consumer behaviour, and educational innovation.
