
Jolene is a lecturer leading the award-winning “Emotional Intelligence in Action” programme, a core module for all first-year students from every Faculty in Taylor’s University, Malaysia. Under her guidance, she and a team of dedicated educators deliver experiential classroom experiences to almost 4,000 students each semester, allowing them to discover their purpose and embrace their best selves through emotional intelligence. This module will soon expand to the Diploma students in Taylor's College.
Passionate about community-building and purposeful learning, Jolene is
committed to strengthening others’ mental health and personal growth, through
engaging, meaningful experiences in a safe space.
With an MSc in Mental Health Studies from King’s College London, Jolene holds several years of previous experience as an autism therapist and clinical supervisor, within the leadership team at Early Autism Project Malaysia. She is a professional speaker who frequently advocates for mental health and wellbeing in international communities, with notable engagements including Bata, DHL, Shangri-La & Traders Hotels, Emerson, and BASF.
