Kasturi S V S did his Ph.D. in the Public Administration discipline. His areas of interest are Public Policy, eGovernance, mGovernance, Public Service Delivery and an Inter-disciplinary approach using ICT applications.
He has a Master of Public Administration (MPA), Master of Social Work (MSW), Master of Business Management (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and Master of Commerce (M.Com) to his academic profile.
He has published over 20 research papers at international and national conferences and received the ‘Best Paper Award’ for a manuscript, ‘Measuring Sustainability in eGovernance Projects’. He is the Lead Editor for a book (1) Digital Empowerment: A Cornerstone for eGovernance and Co-editor for four books (2) eGovernance Initiatives in India (3) Envisioning Digital India (4) Digital India in Action and, (5) Leveraging Technology towards Digital Transformation.
He has about 30 years of rich experience in reputed organizations within Hyderabad, India viz., Center for Economic and Social Studies (CESS), Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) and ICRISAT. Currently, he is working as Head, Statistical Cell at IIIT Hyderabad before working at the Research Centre for eGovernance.
