Dr. Katrina Kinsella is an educator, trainer, course developer, and system lead with the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE. Kat studied Organisational and Social psychology at the LSE, is a Cambridge trained English teacher, and earned her Doctor of Education at the University of Bath focusing on innovation, creativity and culture. She writes and teaches communication and social science courses.  Her projects include leading and developing programmes for employability skills, public speaking coaching, and Academic Success across a nationwide college.
