Dr. Dahleez is an Associate Professor and the Dean of the College of Business Administration at A'Sharqiyah University in Oman. He has over 25 years of academic and professional experience, during which he has held various managerial positions within the academic sector. His responsibilities have included overseeing planning, quality assurance, and community service initiatives. Dr. Dahleez is actively involved in both Oman and Palestine's program and institutional accreditation efforts. His teaching specialties encompass Leadership, Project Management, Strategic Management, Small Business, and Entrepreneurship. He has authored more than 70 articles published in peer-reviewed journals and has supervised graduate students for over a decade. Additionally, he possesses professional experience in managing projects funded by international donors and has conducted workshops focused on Strategy Development and Entrepreneurship.
