With over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration in higher education, I hold a Ph.D. in Solid State Electronics and a Master's in Physics. As an IEEE Senior Member, I have had the privilege of being part of a global community dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity.

In my research, I have made significant strides in the field of Solar Cells and Perovskite materials—two areas that are pivotal for the advancement of next-generation renewable energy technologies. My research endeavors have resulted in over 40 publications, reflecting a deep commitment to advancing knowledge and fostering innovation. My work has primarily focused on the theoretical and applied aspects of Solid State Electronics, with a special emphasis on enhancing the efficiency and performance of photovoltaic materials.

My expertise spans a wide range of areas, including accreditation, ranking, quality assurance, academic advising, and technology transformation. I have played a pivotal role in elevating Chitkara University's standing in various prestigious national and international rankings, including QS, Times Higher Education, Shanghai, and WURI. My contributions have been instrumental in the development and implementation of robust quality assurance policies, processes, and systems, fostering a culture of excellence that permeates every aspect of the university's operations. Additionally, I have championed the adoption of innovative technologies and pedagogical approaches to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
