Dr. Lajwanti M Jethwani is a psychologist currently serving as Asst Prof of Psychology. She is one of the master trainers with Teaching Learning Enhancement Cell (TLEC) at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. A keen researcher, she has published a book chapter and numerous papers across various psychological and management topics. Her research interest include: Intelligence Quotient, Scholastic Achievements, Social Developments, Organisational Behaviour, Talent Management, Human Resource Management. She has won the ‘best paper award’ at a National Conference’ 2024.Corporate Experience : She has worked as a Marketing Manager – Citi Group and ABN AMRO Bank, as a Counsellor - TATA Institute of Social Sciences, and as a Project Consultant with Ernst & Young. An Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, a certified life skills trainer and a corporate trainer in Leadership Development.
