
Levent Yarar is the Senior Director of Strategic Programs at MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Education. In this role, he collaborates with senior executives to design and lead transformational leadership programs, address complex organizational challenges, and guide strategic change initiatives. Levent is dedicated to helping leaders develop authentic leadership styles, prepare for the future of work, and harness technology to drive impactful learning solutions.
Prior to MIT Sloan, Levent served as the Enterprise Director and Head of the Healthcare Vertical at Emeritus, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives to expand and scale global learning programs. Earlier in his career, he served as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Wharton Interactive and the Regional Director of Business Development at Wharton Executive Education, where he established key partnerships to deliver innovative learning experiences for corporate leaders.
From 2011 to 2017, Levent focused on building executive education capabilities in Turkey and the MENA region. As a certified consultant for the International Trade Center (UNCTAD-WTO), he provided competitive market analysis to SMEs across Europe, Africa, and Asia, leveraging the Business Management System (BMS) framework.
Originally from Ankara, Turkey, Levent holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Middle East Technical University and an MBA from Ohio University. He is also a certified Pearson BTEC trainer and a qualified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) assessor.
