Dr. Luis F. Morán-Mirabal is an Industrial Physics Engineer with a Master’s in Applied Statistics and a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences from Tecnológico de Monterrey. With a diverse professional background spanning telecommunications, organizational development, strategic planning, and business intelligence, he brings a systems-thinking approach to educational innovation. Currently, he serves as the leader of the IFE Living Lab, where he advances research in EdTech, AI in education, and multimodal learning analytics. Luis has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Mathematics, Statistics, Technology Validation, and AI in Education. His work focuses on designing and evaluating experimental, data-driven solutions that enhance the learning experience and institutional effectiveness in higher education.
