At RMIT University’s College of Business and Law, he leads strategic initiatives focused on innovation, workforce solutions and industry engagement .  

Before joining RMIT, he worked in the Office of the Vice-Chancellor at Monash University, managing a portfolio of strategic projects across faculties and central units.

Earlier in his career, Marc served as Chief of Staff for the CEO at Adecco Germany, focusing on corporate strategy, communications, and strategic planning. He later joined the Adecco Group Australia & New Zealand in an international sales capacity.
