My career started in chemistry, working in the pharmaceutical industry and moving into broader manufacturing as a change leader and quality specialist.

Training, consulting, and helping organizations enable their people became a theme for me. I went all in and never looked back. 

I've spent the past decade or so elevating the types of learning available to adult learners wherever they are - changing professions, coming through post-secondary, getting a promotion, transforming their industry, saving lives. 

I follow the lead of the learner. I am hungry for their insights and to evaluate the impact we can have on their success in the long term.
