Mr. Mark P. Vacunawa is a licensed professional teacher and certified research specialist with a Master of Arts in Education major in Learning Management from St. Paul University Manila. He currently serves as the Quality Management Officer and Compliance Officer for Privacy at St. Dominic College of Asia, leading ISO 9001:2018 audits, academic quality certifications, and institutional effectiveness initiatives. With nearly a decade of experience in higher education as a faculty member, research mentor, and academic coordinator, he brings expertise in research, curriculum development, and educational quality assurance. He has presented multiple research studies at national and international forums and serves as National Secretary of Quipper Philippines Teacher Q-Munity. He is actively involved in quality-focused organizations and has a strong track record in teaching and academic leadership.
