Dr. Míryam Lora Loza is a licensed obstetrician with doctoral degrees in Education and Planning and Management, a postdoctoral degree in Philosophy, and an International Postdoctoral in Education and Neuroscience Research. She is a Senior Professor and RENACYT-CONCYTEC registered researcher (code P0077000 – Level II), with over 30 years of experience in undergraduate and graduate teaching. She has coordinated national master’s programs in health services management and currently mentors research at the Graduate School of César Vallejo University (Peru). She is a specialist in public health, university self-assessment, and institutional accreditation. Dr. Lora is an active member of academic networks such as RedDOLAC and REDILAT and serves as a reviewer for peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (Q1–Q4).
