As the Head of Educational Partnerships at ETS, Beane is passionate about leveraging innovative solutions to enhance the continuum of educator development from pre-service to professional growth.  She previously led the Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission and the Office of Educator Effectiveness and Licensure at the West Virginia Department of Education. 

While at Amazon Web Services, she co-developed the AWS Machine Learning University AI Educator Enablement Program and supported over 300 institutions in their launch of cloud degree programs.

Beane holds a doctorate in educational leadership and is a three-time recipient of Arch Coal's Golden Apple Achievement award for excellence in teaching.
