Natalia serves as Leader of Network and Alliances, of the Center of Recognition for Human Dignity, at Tecnológico de Monterrey since October 2022. She is a consolidate HR Professional with more than 12 years of experience in areas as Talent Development, Recruitment, Strategic HR Planner, Change Management and Performance. 

She has a MBA and a Bachelor in Organizational Psychology both for Tecnológico de Monterrey. She has worked in different positions within the Institution, such as: Coordinator of the Professional Development Center, Talent Specialist, Performance Specialist and TyE's HRBP, which has allowed her to be in contact with students, teachers, collaborators and executives. On her last position as HRBP she contributes to build the strategy of the VP. of Research, VR of Internationalization, and the Institute for the Future of Education.
