Dr. Ninad Gawande is an Associate Professor at the School of Management, Ajeenkya DY Patil University, Pune, with 16 years of experience spanning academia and industry. He holds a Ph.D., MBA, and M.Com, and is also an alumnus of IIM Visakhapatnam, having completed a Certificate Program in FinTech.

At Ajeenkya DY Patil University, he plays a pivotal role by coordinating Global Programs in Management and monitoring undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Finance, ACCA-integrated tracks, and FinTech. Dr. Gawande specializes in academic planning, research promotion, faculty mentoring, and student development.

His research contributions include 34 publications in UGC Care, Scopus, ABDC and Peer reviewed journals, along with two awarded patents. He currently guides six Ph.D. scholars as a supervisor. Additionally, he has actively driven incubation projects, industry collaborations, and skill development initiatives.

Beyond academics, Dr. Gawande is a dedicated career counsellor and co-founder of an NGO, through which he continues to advance education, research, and social causes.
