Dr. Nur Zareen Zulkarnain is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), and currently serves as the Head of Division at the Centre for Open and Distance Learning (CODL). She holds a PhD in Computer Science, specializing in Natural Language Processing, from the University of Salford, United Kingdom, and is a Certified Associate in Python Programming. Her areas of expertise include ontology, sentiment analysis, data analytics, learning technologies, and educational content development. Actively involved in the AI community, Dr. Zareen also contributes to Women in AI Malaysia, where she organizes and facilitates talks and workshops to promote AI awareness and engagement.
