Dr. Priya Muthukrishnan is an educational psychologist and senior lecturer whose work bridges teacher education, instructional design, and AI-enhanced learning, with a focus on sustainable and inclusive education practices.
Dr. Priyadarshini Muthukrishnan is a seasoned educator with over 17 years of teaching experience, and she holds a Ph.D. in Education, along with master’s degrees in chemistry and education. In her current role as a Senior Lecturer at INTI International University, Malaysia, she is primarily involved in postgraduate teaching, and supervising Ph.D. and Master’s students. She is a passionate educational researcher, with more than 22 Scopus indexed articles, peer-reviewed articles, and book chapters.
Priya has completed 9 research grants and is currently involved in 9 other local and international research grants. She is a collaborator in AI in Education research Hub of Oxford University, UK, and has served as a judge for the prestigious QS reimagine Education Awards 2024. Recently, she has joined UNESCO's Open Education for a Better World as a developer of MOOC programme, researcher under the 6th Asia-Europe Higher Education Forum ASEF Higher Education Innovation Laboratory (ASEFInnoLab6), and will be serving as a Judge for the upcoming QS Reimagine Education Awards 2025.
