Dr. Priyanka Singh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida, India. Dr. Singh holds a B.Tech(Civil Engineering),  M.Tech (Structural Engineering) and Ph.D. in Structural Engineering. She further enriched her expertise through a Research Attachment Program at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia, post doctorate. She has vast experience of 23 years of which 18 years is in Academics and 05 years in Industry. 

She has filed 08 patents on sustainable materials, showcasing her innovative approach and practical solutions. With over 100+ papers published in Scopus/SCI-indexed journals and conferences. She has been awarded with the prestigious SERB SIRE Fellowship for International Project at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia, supported by the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. She has organized and participated in more than 30 national and international conferences. She had also served as a Session Chair and Technical Committee member at several prestigious international conferences. She has also been awarded as World Class WOMEN ENGINEERS by A. Lalitha Foundation.

Additionally, Dr. Singh has made significant contributions to social housing projects in India by developing economical concrete solutions for the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, an initiative aimed at providing affordable housing. She also initiated the collaboration discussion with the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI), Malaysia. She has developed the subject "Smart and Sustainable Construction Technology" for M.Tech (Structural Engineering) students. This course includes cutting-edge topics such as the application of AI, Blockchain technology and  IoT in Civil engineering.

At present, she is guiding 06 Ph.D. Scholars and has guided more than 85 M.Tech and 120+ B.Tech students. 

As an astute leader and versatile professional, she has dynamically mentored many students, providing them with the guidance and support needed to succeed.  She has organized 04 Faculty Development Programs, numerous workshops, seminars and outreach programs focused on sustainable engineering practices.

 She is a Lifetime member of the Indian Concrete Institute, Indian Association of Structural Engineering, and the Indian Society for Technical Education. Moreover, she serves as an editor and reviewer for more than 20 Scopus and SCI-indexed journals, further attesting to her expertise and dedication to advancing research in her field.
