I’m a senior technology leader and angel investor with over a decade of experience building scalable, AI-driven systems at some of the world’s leading tech companies. I’ve held engineering leadership roles at Amazon, Cash App (Block), and now Thumbtack, where I lead a greenfield initiative focused on applying Generative AI and multimodal inputs to transform how users solve local service problems.

At Amazon, I led machine learning and catalog quality teams at Amazon Music, where we launched multimodal models that significantly improved metadata coverage and boosted user engagement. I also played a key role in building Soundtrack by Twitch, a product that enabled creators to stream licensed music with full rights compliance. At Cash App, I drove the post-merger integration of Afterpay’s commerce infrastructure, scaling teams and architecting the Merchant Graph, a shared platform supporting major consumer-facing experiences.

In addition to my operating roles, I actively advise and invest in early-stage startups across AI, fintech, and consumer infrastructure. Since 2022, I’ve worked closely with the founding teams, supporting them on product direction, technical scaling, and strategic execution.

I’m especially passionate about the role of AI in education and workforce development. I believe GenAI has the potential to unlock personalized, inclusive learning experiences at scale from adaptive tutoring systems to real-time feedback loops for skill-building. I’ve collaborated with early-stage EdTech founders to explore how LLMs can bridge learning gaps and support underserved communities, and I remain deeply interested in helping shape AI’s role in the future of learning.
