Dr. Rajat Gera is Professor and Director at the School of Management, CMR University, Bangalore. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, a PGDRM in Marketing from IRMA, and a B.Tech. from Allahabad University. His research interests span service quality modeling, e-service quality, corporate reputation, digital transformation, and sustainable business models.

He has published over 50 research papers in reputed international and national scopus indexed journals, authored three books, and contributed award-winning case studies published by Richard Ivey Business School and London Business School, available through Harvard Business School Publishing. His paper on service quality and behavioral intentions received IGI Global’s Outstanding Business and Management Article Award (2017).

Dr. Gera has been awarded the Erasmus Mundus teaching scholarship by the European Commission and is an Associate Fellow of the EuroMed Academy of Business. His work reflects a strong commitment to advancing knowledge at the intersection of management, technology, and sustainability.
