Mr. Subarno Bhattacharyya is a seasoned young academic administrative professional with extensive leadership experience in the field of higher education. Currently, he is serving for Programme Development and Academic Operations for Online, Blended and Non- Residential Programmes at O.P. Jindal Global University (Institution of Eminence), Sonipat, Haryana, India as an Assistant Director. With a career spanning several renowned global educational institutions such as Manipal University Jaipur, JIS Group Kolkata, DIT University Dehradun and COER University (Erstwhile College of Engineering Roorkee) as Registrar (I/c), Founding Assistant Registrar, Assistant Professor, and other academic and administrative role. He has built a strong track record in academic administration, accreditation, rankings, benchmarking, institutional capacity building, establishment of Online and Blended Global Education and fostering a research-innovation mindset and sustainable development goals. 

His skillset encompasses technical educational management, academic governance, compliance, grievance management, learning and development, incubation and innovation, and international outreach collaborations. His academic background includes a Postgraduate and Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Renewable Energy, a PGDM-CCE in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and a Leadership Management certification from IIM Ahmedabad. Additionally, he is a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator. 

He has contributed significantly to the academic community as an editor and reviewer for prestigious international and national journals, such as Eurasia Research, ASTESJ, and IJRP. His global affiliations include memberships in IMRTC-USA, ASR, IEEE, iRED, and ISDS-Japan, reflecting his commitment to advancing education through international collaboration. His work has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Young Science Leader Award (2020) and the National Innovative Educator Award (2020). 

He has further expanded his professional network by becoming a Life Member of the International Economic Development and Research Center, Hong Kong, and an Annual Member of the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA). He is also part of India’s Youngest Academic Leadership Team in collaboration with ET-TECH X. He has contributed to the establishment of the Innovation Laboratory- Uttarakhand’s First DIY Centre. For his dedication and hard work, he has sent with a delegation with Leadership Management to China in 2017 to showcase the largest Hi-Tech Fair in Shenzhen, China. He has had the privilege to get an offer at the Chemical Research Laboratory in Summer Schools at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland. He has published two books in the field of Solar Energy & Artificial Intelligence in Energy. 

He holds multiple patents and copyrights, including three UK Design Patents, six Indian Design Patents, and three Indian Patents, six Indian Copyrights, five Canadian copyrights demonstrating his dedication to innovation and intellectual property in education. With his vast experience and ongoing contributions, he remains committed to creating a lasting impact in the field of academic administration and global higher education establishments for next decade.
