With over 23 years of experience in the field of Pharmacy, I have developed a strong background in teaching, curriculum development, and postgraduate supervision, effectively guiding students and faculty in their academic pursuits. As Vice Dean, I successfully led various faculties, achieving 100% of institutional targets through strategic planning and resource allocation. I have secured multiple grants, including a one-million EGP grant from the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) in Egypt, which supported significant research initiatives. My expertise in accreditation processes has enhanced educational quality and improved university rankings. Additionally, I founded the International Ranking Office at Beni-Suef University, achieving 95% of our targeted objectives, thereby elevating the institution's global visibility. I have mentored more than 15 Master's and Ph.D. students, creating an environment that fosters innovation and critical thinking. My involvement in over 10 councils and committees at Mutah University, Beni-Suef University, and ASRT Egypt underscores my dedication to governance and continuous improvement. My research focuses on microbiology and biotechnology, where I strive to advance scientific knowledge and practical applications.
