Yousra Ferchichi is a Ph.D. candidate in TESOL and a Master’s degree holder in English, specializing in Cross-Cultural Studies in English. She is CELTA qualified, a DELTA candidate, a TESOL trainer, certified ICF, and a yoga and mindfulness coach. She is accredited as an auditor for Quality in Educational Programs and Training Institutions by ALECSO and has been active in ELT since 2009. Currently, she teaches at a private university in Tunisia. Yousra served as TEFL Kuwait’s Media and PR Manager from 2022 to 2023 and as a member of the Steering Committee of TESOL CALL-IS (Computer Assisted Language Learning) at the TESOL International Association. She founded the Ikigai and Kaizen podcasts and chaired TEFL Kuwait’s Partnerships for Sustainable Education PSE SDGs SIG. Yousra integrates ICF coaching into her teaching and trains professionals to incorporate coaching practices and the UN Sustainable Development Goals into their fields. As a public speaker, Yousra facilitates the coaching experience of many clients in academia and corporate organizations. Yousra was a jury member and academic advisor at various educational and entrepreneurship competitions and events, such as with Oxford University Press and ENACTUS, respectively. Yousra is the upcoming Vice President Membership at Dubai Legends Toastmasters Club.
