Dr. Ahmad Muslihin Ahmad is a distinguished Malaysian academic and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Biology at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), specializing in Science and STEM education within the Faculty of Science and Mathematics. He holds a PhD in Science Education from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), where his research focused on the competency and readiness of pre-service science teachers toward STEM integration. His academic expertise encompasses biology pedagogy, the application of PLS-SEM in educational research, and the development of innovative inquiry-based learning modules. At the national level, Dr. Muslihin serves as a curriculum consultant and data analyst for the Ministry of Education (MOE) and was recently appointed as a Google AI Champion by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and Google for Education to train students in artificial intelligence. In addition to his leadership in STEM outreach for rural communities, he also contributes to the scholarly field as a division editor for the journal Education in Life Sciences and Mathematics.
