I am a Doctor of Economic Sciences (DSc) and Professor, currently serving as Director of the Transformation Center at Tashkent State University of Economics (TSUE), Uzbekistan. My academic and professional activities focus on higher education transformation, public finance, sustainable development, ESG integration, institutional governance, and quality assurance in higher education.

I have extensive experience in international academic cooperation and actively participate in global initiatives related to responsible management education, university transformation, and sustainable development. I am engaged in Erasmus+, PRME (Principles for Responsible Management Education), and other international educational and research platforms aimed at strengthening institutional capacity and advancing innovation in higher education systems.

My research interests include public finance, fiscal decentralization, taxation, sustainable economic development, educational management, and financial mechanisms supporting social sectors. I have authored numerous scientific publications and regularly contribute to international conferences, expert discussions, and academic projects.

I also serve as an international reviewer and judge for several global academic and innovation initiatives, including projects connected with QS and sustainability-focused educational programs. In recent years, I have actively served as a Judge for the QS Reimagine Education Awards and related international initiatives.

My professional mission is to support the modernization and internationalization of higher education institutions while promoting responsible leadership, academic excellence, and sustainable development principles.
