I currently serve as Vice-Rector for Financial and Economic Affairs at Tashkent International University of Financial Management and Technologies (TIFT). My professional experience spans financial management, strategic planning, budgeting, institutional development, and higher education administration.

In my role, I oversee the University’s financial and economic strategy, contribute to long-term institutional development, and support effective resource allocation, sustainability, and evidence-based decision-making.

My professional interests include financial sustainability, strategic management, institutional effectiveness, innovation, and the development of resilient and future-focused higher education institutions.
