Ana Gaby Rodríguez is an Educational Innovation Leader at Tecnológico de Monterrey with more than 20 years of experience in educational technology, learning design, and academic innovation. She holds a degree in Systems, a Master’s in Education, and a Master’s in Information Technologies, complemented by certifications in Leadership, Professional Coaching, and Public Speaking through the John Maxwell Team.

Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary and high-performance teams, driving the design, implementation, and scaling of innovative learning experiences that integrate emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Extended Reality (XR), Virtual Reality (VR), and immersive learning environments.

Her work focuses on transforming education through technology-enhanced learning, authentic assessment, experiential learning, and the development of future-ready skills. She has led internationally recognized and award-winning educational innovation projects, collaborating with faculty and academic leaders across the Schools of Engineering and Sciences, Business, Humanities and Education, Medicine and Health Sciences, Architecture, Art and Design, and Social Sciences and Government. These initiatives have impacted thousands of students and faculty members through scalable and interdisciplinary learning experiences.

An active contributor to the field, Ana Gaby has authored and co-authored more than 12 publications on educational innovation, learning models, immersive technologies, XR, and AI in education. She regularly disseminates research findings, best practices, and innovation outcomes through international conferences, academic forums, and professional networks across Europe and Latin America.

In addition to her institutional role, she is an international speaker, consultant, and executive coach, supporting organizations and leaders in areas related to leadership development, innovation, team performance, and organizational growth.
