
Dr. Radhika Menon is a distinguished
academic leader, researcher, and educator with over 30 years of experience in
higher education and more than 15 years in academic leadership and
institutional governance. She currently serves as Professor of Mathematics and
Dean of Research & Development at Ajeenkya DY Patil University, Pune.
An expert in Applied and Computational
Mathematics, her research interests include computational modeling, Mathematics
for predictive learning, Digital equity, and Outcome-based education (OBE). She
has published over 100 research papers in reputed Scopus-indexed and SCI
journals and holds two patents and eight copyrights. As a recognized Ph.D.
supervisor, she has successfully guided six doctoral scholars and is currently
mentoring eight Ph.D. researchers.
Dr. Menon has held several prominent
leadership positions, including Dean, Head of Department, Director of
International Relations, Chairperson of the Board of Studies at SPPU, Member of
the Research & Recognition Committee, and Academic Council Member. She has
made significant contributions to institutional quality assurance,
accreditation, ranking frameworks, and academic excellence, particularly
through initiatives related to NAAC, NBA, NIRF and QS-IGauge.
A sought-after keynote speaker for
national and international IEEE conferences, including AICTE-ATAL professional
development programs. Dr. Menon provides strategic guidance and mentorship to higher
education institutions, spanning research development, curriculum modernization,
quality assurance, and higher education transformation. Through her commitment
to scholarly excellence, innovation, and institution building, she continues to
shape the benchmark for academic leadership and research excellence on the
global stage.
