
Head of the External Relations Department at the University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland, overseeing the International Cooperation Office, Career Office, and Promotion Office. She serves as the Institutional Erasmus+ Programme Coordinator, Coordinator of the EuroIndia Centre at UAS Nysa, and an ISO Quality Assurance Auditor. She is also a coach and lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Nysa and regularly teaches at international universities as a guest professor.
She has been awarded the national EDUinspirator title, recognising outstanding achievements in international education among higher education institutions in Poland.

Her professional activities focus on managing international partnerships, coordinating Erasmus+ mobility and cooperation projects, and supporting the strategic internationalisation and institutional development of higher education institutions.
Previously, she served as Administrative Director of the Research and Development Centre of Renovation, where she coordinated the Centre’s day-to-day activities and the implementation of national and international projects. She has also been a member of the Executive Group of ELIA – the European League of Institutes of the Arts, contributing to discussions and decision-making on emerging trends and challenges in European arts education.
Academic Background
She holds a degree in Economics from the Cracow University of Economics and completed postgraduate studies in Management at Wrocław University. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Management and Quality Sciences, with research focused on the impact of internationalisation on university development.
