Academic, researcher, and entrepreneur specialized in educational technology, innovation, and competency-based learning models. He currently coordinates the IFE Living Lab at Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is a PhD candidate in Educational Technology and holds a Master’s degree in Competency-Based Education.
He has advised UNESCO on educational technology policies, serves as an alternate researcher at the University of Seville, and has been selected three times as a judge for the QS Reimagine Education Awards. He has also edited four books focused on innovation and educational trends across Ibero-America. Additionally, he collaborates with institutions in Mexico and Chile and is co-founder of Competencia Digital Cero, an initiative aimed at reducing digital gaps in educational contexts.
