
Dr. Arun Aggarwal is an Associate Professor at Chitkara University, Punjab, India, with extensive experience in teaching, research, doctoral supervision, and academic leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and is UGC NET/JRF qualified in Management. His academic expertise spans Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Research Methodology, tourism and hospitality, and advanced quantitative research methods.
He has successfully supervised and co-supervised several doctoral scholars across diverse areas of management, tourism, employee behaviour, higher education, and organizational research. He serves as Senior Editor of Global Business and Organizational Excellence, published by Wiley, and has also contributed as a Guest Editor for academic journals and special issues.
Dr. Aggarwal has an extensive publication record in internationally recognised journals covering hospitality and tourism, organizational behaviour, human resource management, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, education, and consumer behaviour. His work has appeared in journals such as International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Tourism Recreation Research, International Journal of Advertising, Tourism Review, and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services.
