Dr. Asma is an Associate Professor of Applied Linguistics and currently serves as an Advisor in the Office of the President at King Saud University. She is also the Vice Chair of the English Language Skills Department. Her research interests include language assessment, academic writing, discourse analysis, and educational research. Throughout her academic career, she has made significant scholarly contributions through research, publications, conference presentations, and research leadership initiatives. Her commitment to research excellence has also been recognized at the institutional level through multiple King Saud University Research Excellence Awards for her outstanding contributions to research and publication in high-impact journals.
