
Aziz
Mimoudi, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor and Co-founder of the Institute of
Education Sciences (ISE), Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), Morocco, where
he serves as Coordinator of the Technopedagogy and AI Axis. His research focuses on the design,
implementation, and impact of AI-driven learning systems, with particular
emphasis on their integration into educational practice and academic research.
At ISE, as
Assistant Professor, he teaches and co-supervises predoctoral and Ph.D.
students, with an emphasis on AI-enhanced methodologies and innovation in
teaching. He currently co-leads an R&D project with the Africa Business
School to design an AI-assisted platform for sustainable business model
innovation and systems thinking, and coordinates an ERASMUS+ project, which
develops educational programs promoting AI, computational thinking, and
inclusive practices in Moroccan schools.
Mimoudi is
the developer of the AIA-PCEK framework (Artificial Intelligence Agent for
Pedagogical Content and Ethical Knowledge), which extends existing models to
support the responsible integration of AI in education. This framework informs
course design, assessment strategies, and the development of AI-supported
learning environments.
He is
affiliated with international research organizations including CRIEVAT
(Université Laval) and CERIC (Canada), contributing to academic and research
initiatives in career development.
