Prof. Ts. Dr. Chockalingam Aravind Vaithilingam is a dynamic academic leader, innovation evangelist, and mentor dedicated to shaping future-ready talent. With a strong foundation in management education and entrepreneurial ecosystems, he has been instrumental in designing and delivering high-impact innovation and incubation programs for students and institutions.

He is widely recognized for his role in driving experiential learning through initiatives such as IDEA Labs, innovation accelerators, and startup mentoring platforms. His work focuses on bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world application, enabling students to translate ideas into viable business models aligned with Technology Readiness Levels (TRL).

A passionate advocate of his multi award winning CODE design thinking framework which he use it for problem-solving in teaching research and advocacy. He has engaged with thousands of students and educators across India, Malaysia, Phillippines in engineering, MBA/MBE students and faculty. His sessions are known for their energy, practical orientation, and ability to spark an entrepreneurial mindset.
