Chris is Director of Professional and Executive Management Learning at Lancaster University Management School. He has previously been Associate Dean for Education. His leadership experience includes designing and directing the Lancaster MBA and Executive MBA programmes, and designing numerous executive development courses for companies. He is co-author of the textbook 'Leadership' published by Oxford University Press. Chris is a member of the Office for Students Quality Improvement Committee, and has been an accreditation panel member for the Association of MBAs. He is a teacher, speaker, facilitator, programme designer and researcher on leadership learning, decision making and corporate responsibility.
