Educator and Psychologist specializing in educational innovation, higher education development, and public policy. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica del Norte (Chile) and an MSc in Education, Public Policy and Equity from the University of Glasgow (United Kingdom), awarded with Distinction. My academic background is complemented by professional certifications and postgraduate training from leading institutions, including Universidad de Chile, Columbia University, University College London's Institute of Education, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the University of Texas at San Antonio, the Creative Education Foundation, Universidad Icesi, and the Inter-American Development Bank, among others.

I currently serve as Director of the Educational Innovation Center and Faculty Member at Universidad Mayor (Chile). In addition, I act as External Associate Educational Advisor to Universidad Católica del Norte and Universidad de Magallanes; Project Coordinator and Co-founder of the Education, Public Policy and Equity Network (United Kingdom); Senior Consultant at Fundación Entrepreneur; and an independent international education consultant, collaborating with universities, educational institutions, and government agencies across Latin America. Previously, I served as General Coordinator and Senior Education Specialist at the Teaching and Learning Center of Universidad de Chile, and as Director of Projects at Universidad Católica del Norte.

Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered professional development programs for teachers, faculty members, and educational leaders from Chile, Peru, Spain, Colombia, the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Honduras. I have also been invited as a keynote speaker, educational expert, and workshop facilitator at conferences and academic events held in Chile, Peru, Finland, Colombia, Uruguay, the United States, Costa Rica, Spain, Guatemala, and Mexico. In addition, I have participated in academic and professional exchange programs in Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Brazil, the United States, Colombia, Denmark, and Spain, contributing to international dialogues on educational innovation, teaching excellence, and higher education transformation.
