Dalila is a communications professional with expertise in Educational Technology and program management. Her background is rooted in Philosophy and critical thinking in which informs her work on AI ethics, digital right and responsible technology governance.

She has led communication and program management for EdTech accelerators and educational organisations, including ESCP Business School's Blue Factory. She co-designed and launched From Zero to Startup which admitted 60 participants in its first edition and produced three formally established startups. She has collaborated with the European EdTech Alliance leading communications campaigns and strategic engagement with stakeholders. She coordinated international programs including EnterEdtech across seven countries and NextEdu. Currently, Dalila serves as Ethics Board Member at CTE NEXT, the emerging technology hub of the city of Torino, contributing to governance on AI ethics and digital rights.
