Innovation Designer & Liaison Manager with over 20 years of international experience, turning visions into high-impact projects that blend sustainability, culture, education and tech. The fil rouge throughout my career has always been innovation, not only as a creative and strategic process, but as a way to connect disciplines, sectors and cultures to generate lasting value.
By default, I have always acted as a liaison, making different worlds speak to each other — within organizations and between the entities I have worked with — to build strategic partnerships, foster collaborations and align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
I have lived and worked in Italy, the UK, the US, and France, collaborating with large corporations, creative agencies, cultural institutions, universities and startups. My career spans from early work on digital terrestrial television with Italian broadcaster Mediaset, to launching the mobile offer for telecommunication provider Fastweb, to developing award-winning projects and cultural initiatives for international brands.
Highlights include:
>Supporting the EQUIS accreditation for Venice School of Management (Ca' Foscari University), obtained in 2023
>Developing BskyB’s mobile experience in the UK, winner of the Communicator Awards of Distinction in 2015
>Contributing to the mobile experience of US lingerie brand Fleur Du Mal, awarded the Retail System Awards in 2013
>Developing the PR Oscar campaign for Italian composer Paolo Buonvino, Oscar contender for best soundtrack for the movie Fatima (2021).
>Designing and implementing the corporate fundraising and partnership strategy for M9 – Museum of the 20th Century in Venice, securing funding and collaborations for major cultural initiatives.
In addition to my professional practice, I teach in France and Italy on topics such as innovation, strategy, negotiation, and intercultural management. I am a published author and speaker, with articles in Forbes USA and presentations at international conferences. My research includes:
>Erasmus+ projects such as REGENU on regenerative economy, Cultural Heritage 2.0 on digital innovation for cultural organizations, Urban GoodCamp on how to tackle urban challenges and work with placemaking;
>PNRR funded initiative NextGen Heritage, on sustainable cultural tourism, part of Spoke9 of the project CHANGES.
Through my work and research, I aim to bridge innovation and sustainability with culture and education, creating projects that not only address current challenges but also inspire more inclusive, creative, and resilient futures.
