As a Reader and Deputy Head of the Business Innovation, Supply Chain and Trade (BISCT) Group at WMG, the University of Warwick, I specialise in supply chain and operations management within global trade and business contexts. I contribute to academic leadership and quality assurance through my roles as Chair of the Academic Conduct Panel and a member of the Academic Quality and Assurance Committee.

My research focuses on digitalisation-enabled sustainable operations, supply chain resilience in Industry 4.0, and global supply network design. I also serve as a Review Editor for leading journals, including the International Journal of Operations & Production Management (IJOPM) and the Journal of University Teaching and Learning Practice (JUTLP). Beyond academia, I provide consultancy to industry and the UK Government (DBT). I also serve as a judge for international awards organised by QS and the Chartered IOE&IT, contributing to the recognition of excellence in both global education and business communities.
