Prof. Dillip, through his brilliant three decades of teaching and leadership in higher education, has established himself as a strong advocate for digital transformation in education.  He specializes in training a team of health care professionals, focusing on AI systems that support personalized student learning, simulation-based training, and advancing the use of immersive technologies for Augmented & Virtual Reality (AR/VR) usability. Currently, he is leading several projects concerning the application of Data structures and AI in accreditation, strategic planning, and research at his university. He has published his research widely and visited many globally best-ranked universities in 18 countries. His leadership role spans from Dean, Director, Chief Quality Officer, and Senior Executive Consultant in nationally and globally ranked universities. He has experience as a member of the University Court, Board of Governors, University Council, and Academic Council of universities. He is active socially and has worked/is working in several social empowerment projects concerning education of the underprivileged group, Education of differently able children, and Environmental protection, etc.
