Dirk is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the higher education industry. He served as a regional director for leading European universities and held numerous advisory and board appointments across the sector.

His deep expertise in admissions strategy and international student recruitment led him to establish eduALTO, an education consultancy advising universities on enrollment growth and global positioning. He is also the founder of Euroversities, a platform connecting European universities with vetted education agents in the Asia-Pacific region.

Dirk is a co-founder of Speechsquare, an AI-powered speech analysis company for language learning, and of Expand Asia, which provides market intelligence services to institutions expanding into Asian markets. A regular speaker at higher education conferences in Asia, he is known for his practical, data-driven perspective on recruitment innovation and student mobility.

Dirk holds an MBA from IE Business School (Spain) and a BBA from Universität Duisburg-Essen (Germany).
