Dr. Rohit Kumar Pal is an interdisciplinary educator, researcher, reviewer, and sustainability advocate from India, currently serving as Senior Lecturer at R.I.C.E ADAMAS Group, Kolkata. With academic foundations in Environmental Science, Human Resource Management, Sustainability Science, and Educational Leadership, his work bridges the domains of education, digital transformation, sustainability, and human-centered innovation.

Dr. Pal has consistently contributed to the evolving discourse on Education 4.0, AI-driven learning ecosystems, sustainability, digital well-being, and leadership in education. He has authored numerous research papers, book chapters, and academic publications focusing on educational transformation, environmental sustainability, digital culture, and the future of learning in the AI era. His recent works explore themes such as minimalist education practices, digital leadership, climate resilience, and the impact of AI on coaching and higher education systems.

Beyond research, Dr. Pal actively contributes to the global academic ecosystem as a reviewer and editorial board member for multiple international journals and conferences.
