
Dr. Sandip P. Dhurat is an inventor, researcher, author, and innovation leader from India whose work spans neurodiversity, education, clean energy, sustainability, and inclusive technology. With more than 24 patent applications filed with the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO), he has developed innovations ranging from NeuroCodeFix, a neuro-inclusive workforce and life-navigation ecosystem, to pioneering concepts in hydrogen systems, mobility safety, and environmental sustainability.
Dr. Dhurat is the creator of NeuroCodeFix and NeuroCodeFix Social Navigator, frameworks designed to support autistic and neurodivergent individuals in education, employment, social participation, and independent living. His work focuses on translating innovation into practical solutions that improve quality of life and expand opportunities for underserved communities.
He is the author of more than 30 books and a published researcher, including work on neurodiversity and inclusion in peer-reviewed academic literature. His article, "Harnessing Neurodiversity in Coding: A New Framework for Autistic Talent and Inclusion," was published in the Journal of Neurology and Translational Neuroscience. He has also been appointed to the Scientific Committee of the 4th International Congress on Psychology & Behavioral Sciences 2027.
In the sustainability sector, Dr. Dhurat has developed innovations in hydrogen technologies, carbon sequestration, wastewater resource recovery, and climate-focused systems. He is an Honorary Member of the International Association of Carbon Capture and has contributed to discussions on future-ready standards and inclusive innovation.
